How Sick Am I?

I walk each day my head held high
Telling myself it's not time to die
Breathing deeply I meditate
My body is in healthy state

As winter comes I'm more inside
Thinking of my parents who have died
I love to live in the "here and now"
With my wife I live with a lot of wow

Yes sooner or later I will go
But as far as when I do not know
I sit here and watch TV
And realize that none are me
