Deported is the author sixth published book. Shirley Gerald Ware is retired living in Medford Massachusetts. She has just completed her seventh book that is a sequel to her sixth book title, On the Run.

She is a poet and short story writer. Writing comes easy for this author. She plans on writing one book a year. She gives credit to her recently deceased mom that was a gifted story teller but only told stories to Shirley and her five brothers.
